Baldwin Heating and Air Conditioning, established 1956 in Baldwin County Alabama, has been owned and operated by the Dukes family since 1984. Steve Dukes, took over operations from his father Don in January of 2004 and for the first year Baldwin Heating and Air became an Air Engineer top ten dealer. In July 2007 Don sold the company to Steve.
