The president and owner, Steve Dukes, runs the company with help from his sisters, Donna Cummings, Paula Stalhood, Install Manager John Stalhood, and Service Manager Chuck Brock.

Steve is a dedicated family man, a husband and father of four children. Steve is an active member of his church, volunteering his time and fellowship through the facilities teams and committees. He also serves as a fire fighter with the Crossroads Volunteer Fire Department. What little bit of free time he has left is spent assistant coaching softball for his children. Being a long-time resident of the Eastern Shore, Steve is committed to providing his community with a quality service unsurpassed by any other.
